As the first point of contact for music retailers looking to join Take it away, I am responsible for processing all incoming member applications. As Chief Executive, I'm responsible for the strategic leadership and management of our umbrella organisation Creative United. This involves a wide range of duties including the exploration of new business opportunities, ensuring our social objectives remain central to the design and delivery of all our programmes and services.

As Head of Finance and Operations, I am responsible to for the Financial Management of the business. I also oversee the office infrastructure including IT and all systems and processes to support the organisation as a whole. I am responsible for ensuring compliance within the company, including Data protection and regulation regarding consumer credit from the Financial Conduct Authority.
