All of our Take it away retailers will automatically qualify for this promotion. You do not need to take any action.

Terms and Conditions

1. Take it away is a 0% retail finance scheme for the music industry operated by Creative Sector Services CIC (trading as Creative United) in partnership with Omni Capital Retailer Finance.
2. Promotional offer available to Member Retailers based in England only.
3. Offer restricted to credit applications from customers aged 18-25 years old and/or those purchasing a musical instrument, equipment or software for use by a child under the age of 18 (‘qualifying customers’).
4. Offer applies to Take it away 9-month interest-free loans of between £100 and £2,000 per application, with a 10% deposit (‘the promotional product’) during the six month period 1 October 2018 – 31 March 2019 only (‘the promotional period’).
5. Offer subject to a maximum of £100,000 worth of interest-free credit sales per registered member retailer during the promotional period only.
6. All credit sales proposed during the promotional period to customers that do not meet the criteria described in point 3 above will be subject to Omni’s standard rates.
7. Any credit sales proposed on credit terms other than the promotional product will be subject to Omni’s standard rates.
8. Creative United may revise or replace these terms or withdraw this offer at any time and at its sole discretion.
9. Creative United reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Retailer’s membership of the Take it away scheme at any time during or following the promotional period if the Retailer fails to meet the customer service and quality standards set out in our Terms and Conditions of Membership.
10. The retailer may not assign, transfer or deal in any of its rights under these terms.
